Aims and Objectives
At Midland Property Management it is our aim to balance the needs of leaseholders and tenants while ensuring lease requirements are met and the development is kept in good shape for the freeholders.
We will provide a friendly, personal point of contact ensuring all issues and concerns are dealt with promptly, and all required payments are completed on time with minimum requirement from freeholders.
All legal enquiries from property sales are dealt with efficiently and in a timely fashion.
We will work with you to estimate the costs of maintaining the development, to structure and apportion service charges and ensure you have the correct paperwork to provide when selling the properties and help with the review of leases to ensure all management obligations are shown correctly.
The team is committed to ongoing personal development and the growth of Midland Property Management and are undertaking formal qualifications and accreditations to keep up with the latest guidelines and provide the best service for your developments.
Director – Mark Wozencroft
Mark has over 20 years’ experience of the Property management industry and is the backbone of the Company. He provides oversight and training to the rest of the team, and ensures the business runs as a tight ship.
Manager – Lori Ridgway
Lori has recently joined the Company and has background as Senior Management in a FTSE 100 Company. Lori provides day to day oversight of the office and general processes. Her previous roles bring a breadth of knowledge and experience to drive the office forward to a modern efficient workplace.
Administrator – Rhiann Thomas
Rhiann provides administration support across all areas of the business ensuring the smooth running of all the processes
Property Manager – Sarah Budd
Sarah has experience within the Property Business, previously working on new developments within the building industry. Sarah has great attention to detail, understands the needs of the buildings and provides advice and oversight of all work being undertaken.
